Fallout 4 has easily been one of the most exciting announcements in long time. We have all been looking forward to learning all of the game’s details, but are those details going to be released at E3? A recent rumor has stated that Bethesda has something else in store for their audience.
German website, PC Games, reports that anonymous sources claim Bethesda is going to host a 20-30 minute demo. However, it will only be available to invited press members. That means that you may have to rely on the media to tell you more about the game rather than hearing about it from Bethesda during E3. However, we doubt that that is the case.
If Bethesda does choose to release this demo to the press and the press only, that probably means they will at least show a trailer. It is doubtful that the publishing giant would release information only to the press without some kind of a hint to the public.
There have not been very many details regarding Fallout 4 to date, but there have been some clues (starting in 2008 and mentioned again in 2012) that the setting could be Boston, Massachusetts.
E3 2013 was rumored to show the game, but that did not occur. We have high hopes that the rumors for this year are true.
E3 2015 will be taking place at the LA Convention Center from June 16th to June 18th. Bethesda will be holding their first showcase on June 14th, which is before E3 actually begins. It will be open to the public, but information on registration is yet to be released.
UPDATE: A cinematic trailer of Fallout 4 has been listed on a 3D artist’s LinkedIn profile.
